Are Americans benefitting? Fed survey finds how US firms are using their Trump tariff refunds

A survey report by the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta said majority of the US firms who received or are seeking tariff refunds, plan to keep the funds as cash, invest it in R&D or new capital projects, use it to lower prices for a while or to give bonuses to workers or managers.
