OpenAI has partnered with NPCI and Razorpay to introduce agentic payment in ChatGPT, allowing users to make purchases without leaving the app. Axis Bank and Airtel Payments Bank are involved in the pilot, with Bigbasket as an initial platform for AI-driven shopping experiences.
