Delhi Government issues comprehensive safety measures for educational institutions

The Directorate of Education of the Delhi Government issued safety guidelines for schools after the deaths of three UPSC aspirants in a flooded basement. Guidelines include ensuring functional gates, clear basement access, unobstructed corridors, regular checks for water accumulation, and proper electrical and fire safety measures. Delhi LG VK Saxena formed a committee to address coaching institute regulations and student needs.
