DRDO opens paid internship 2026 with Rs 30,000 stipend, registration underway, apply till May 15

The Defence Research and Development Organisation has opened applications for its paid internship programme 2026 for engineering students. The initiative offers a four to six-month placement starting May or June 2026, with a monthly stipend of Rs 30,000. Eligible B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech candidates can apply through the official DRDO careers portal until May 15, 2026. Interns will work on defence research projects alongside scientists and receive certification after completion of the programme.
