EPFO claim delays flagged by officers' body: IT staff shortage, pending PF claims among key concerns

An EPFO officers' association has written to the Labour Minister highlighting delays in PF claim settlements, shortage of IT staff and manpower gaps. The body has also sought reforms in the pension system, CITES implementation and leadership structure within the retirement fund organisation.
