Fire Island glass house drops to $3.995M, $1.3M above Cherry Grove record after no buyer

Crest House, a four-bedroom glass estate in Fire Island’s Cherry Grove, has drawn more than 350 viewers since being listed for $5.25 million in July 2026. Despite the attention, the property has not found a buyer. Its price was first cut to $4.85 million and has now fallen to $3.995 million. The current asking price is still far above Cherry Grove’s record sale of $2.7 million.
