IIM Bangalore summer placements 2026: All 608 students placed, median stipend at Rs 2 lakh per month

IIM Bangalore's summer placements for the PGP and PGPBA 2026–28 cohorts saw all 608 participating students secure offers from 128 organisations. Management consulting dominated recruitment, accounting for 50.7% of offers, while Accenture Strategy led with a record 123 offers. The median monthly stipend stood at Rs 2 lakh, compared with an average of Rs 1.95 lakh. Technology hiring doubled, while first-time recruiters accounted for approximately 40% of participating organisations.
