Keralam will establish 300 centres to promote scientific temper among 15 lakh young people and launch the Siddharth Student Welfare App to enable anonymous reporting of ragging and campus-related grievances. The state government will also consider anti-ragging legislation and release a student aspiration survey to strengthen safety, accountability and student welfare in higher education institutions.
