NIT Rourkela placement drive records 1,340 offers, highest B.Tech CTC reaches Rs 1.31 crore

NIT Rourkela placement 2025-26: NIT Rourkela recorded 1,340 placement offers and 364 six-month internship offers during its 2025-26 placement drive. The B.Tech programme achieved a 95.47 per cent placement rate, with the highest CTC reaching Rs 131 LPA, average CTC at Rs 15.33 LPA and median CTC at Rs 12.50 LPA. The institute also reported 258 summer internships, 374 participating recruiters and more than 83 students securing annual packages above Rs 30 LPA across various academic programmes.
