The Odisha government has reimbursed Rs 69.23 crore in college admission fees to 1,11,678 students under the Gyanodaya–Shiksha Ru Samruddhi scheme for 2026–27. Eligible students who paid fees before the scheme's rollout are receiving refunds through direct bank transfers. Those awaiting payment can update incorrect bank details through a dedicated SAMS portal facility.
