PFRDA proposes changes to Point of Presence regulations: What NPS subscribers need to know

PFRDA has proposed changes to the Point of Presence framework that could expand NPS access through more types of entities and a dedicated digital route. The proposals also strengthen oversight of NPS Mitras, subscriber-data confidentiality and PoP accountability for fraud or negligence.
