Targeting global chip shifts more important than self-sufficiency: Chris Miller

Highlighting that there is ‘no country in the world that is self-sufficient’ in chipmaking, author and Tufts University professor Chris Miller underlined that the key to India's success in technology will be to replace China, and fill gaps left by waning powers such as the EU and Japan.
