The United States-India Educational Foundation has opened applications for the 2027-28 Fulbright-Nehru Fellowships for Indian citizens, with submissions beginning on July 1, 2026. The programme offers grants for doctoral and postdoctoral research, academic and professional excellence, and teacher development in the US. The fellowships support research, teaching and non-degree study, while enabling academic collaboration, professional advancement and educational exchange between India and the US.
