Watch: Rare Tornado tears through California, flips cars and uproots trees

A tornado ripped through Scotts Valley, California, injuring four and causing widespread damage. The twister, packing winds up to 144 km/h, left thousands without power. Severe weather also impacted other states, with an ice storm fatality in Nebraska and heavy snow blanketing upstate New York and the Sierra Nevada.
