West Bengal Madhyamik 2027: WBBSE proposes postponement of Class 10 exams to March over Census duty

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education (WBBSE) has proposed rescheduling the 2027 Madhyamik examinations from February 15–25 to March 2–16 due to teachers’ deployment for Census duties. The revised timetable is awaiting approval from the state education department. WBBSE president Laltu Das has clarified that no final decision has been taken yet.
