Who is crime blogger Gursewak Bal, one of the two Indian-origin Canadians being extradited to US in drug trafficking, murder case?

Gursewak Bal took money from Ryan Wedding to post the photo of an FBI witness on his crime site. The post was basically a bait to locate the witness who was supposed to testify against Wedding. Months after the post, the witness was located in Colombia and was shot dead at a restaurant. Bal has now been charged for aiding Wedding and will be brought to US.
