Who is William DeFoor? 'Crazy' man arrested for attacking JD Vance's home

Vice President JD Vance's Cincinnati home and vehicle were vandalized early Monday by a man wielding a hammer. A Secret Service agent witnessed the incident and apprehended the suspect, identified as William DeFoor. Vance and his family were not present during the attack. DeFoor has a prior vandalism conviction.
