IIM Bangalore surpasses global average in Positive Impact Rating 2026, earns Level 5 status again

IIM Bangalore has achieved a score of 9.7 in the Positive Impact Rating (PIR) 2026, significantly higher than the global average of 8.0. The institute retained its Level 5 'Pioneering School' status for the fifth consecutive year, recognising sustained leadership in responsible management education. Based on nearly 20,000 student responses from 87 business schools worldwide, the rating highlights IIM Bangalore's strong performance in governance, culture, academic programmes, learning methods, student support, and public engagement.
